Unlike generic contractors who enforce punitive terms, our cancellation and refund policies are structured logically around real project milestones—distinguishing between preliminary architectural concept hours and committed physical material procurement.
This policy outlines precisely how initial token deposits, 3D architectural fees, factory production stages, and site delivery are treated in the event of project scope revision or cancellation.
Section 2
We understand that unforeseen family, financial, or property registry circumstances may arise shortly after booking. We offer an unconditional 48-Hour Cooling-Off Grace Period:
100% Full Refund Guarantee
If you notify us in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of remitting your initial token booking deposit—and prior to our architectural team conducting physical millimeter laser site measurements—we will refund 100% of your booking deposit with zero administrative deductions.
* Refunds are processed directly back to the original bank account or UPI source within 7 business days.
Section 3
For clients engaging our standalone 3D Architectural Visualization & Space Planning service:
- Design Fee Value: Our 3D design charges cover high-precision laser measuring, 2D AutoCAD electrical/plumbing drawings, 4K photorealistic 3D renders, and detailed itemized Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- 100% Execution Credit: When you award the turnkey execution or modular woodworking contract to Sitaram Rangbhumi Interior, 100% of the 3D design fee paid is credited directly as a deduction on your final turnkey contract value. In essence, your entire 3D visualization becomes completely free.
- Standalone Design Work: If the client chooses only to purchase the 3D design package and execute carpentry via external third parties, the design fee is non-refundable once the 3D CAD drawings and renders are delivered, as it compensates direct architectural studio labor.
Section 4
Following 3D Design Freeze and payment of Milestone 2 (40%), our factory initiates immediate raw panel batching:
Non-Refundable Phase Notice: Once cutting lists are loaded onto computerized CNC panel saws and Boiling Water Proof (BWP IS:710) Marine Plywood boards, acrylic sheets, and decorative laminates are sized to your apartment's specific room dimensions, this phase becomes strictly non-refundable.
Reason for Non-Refundability: Custom modular interior components are fabricated to millimeter-specific site dimensions (wall slopes, ceiling heights, specific duct contours) and cannot be repurposed or returned to timber suppliers. In the unlikely event of project suspension at this stage, all fabricated panels and purchased hardware will be cataloged and handed over to the Client's site.
Section 5
Items custom-ordered or hand-crafted exclusively to client taste—including bespoke solid Burma teak dining suites, specialized 40-density curved sectional sofas, custom-cut Italian marble slabs, and custom-tinted lacquered glass:
- Cannot be cancelled once fabric/leatherette cuts or timber shaping have begun.
- In case of minor finish discrepancies before delivery, our factory will re-polish, re-upholster, or adjust the piece at zero additional cost to meet the approved 3D design.
Section 6
We ensure complete quality accountability. If any material or hardware delivered to your site does not conform to the agreed specifications:
48-Hour Rapid Material Replacement
Any board damaged during transit or hardware failing initial testing is replaced immediately from our Patna warehouse at our sole cost.
Price & Brand Guarantee
If any hardware or laminate brand differs from the signed BOQ without written agreement, we will replace it or credit 100% of that component's value.
Section 7
All refunds approved under this policy are processed through official banking channels in compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations:
- Processing Timeline: Approved refund requests are credited within 7 to 10 working days from the formal date of refund approval.
- Payment Modes: Direct NEFT/RTGS bank transfer or reversal through the original payment gateway. No cash refunds are issued.
- Official Receipt: A formal credit note and refund transaction receipt will be emailed to the registered client address.
Section 8
To initiate an eligible cancellation or dispute a billing component, please follow these simple steps:
- Send an email to info@rangbhumiinterior.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Project ID / Client Name]".
- Attach a copy of your initial booking payment receipt or work order acknowledgment.
- State the reason for cancellation clearly along with your verified bank account details (Account Name, Account Number, IFSC Code) for direct transfer.
